Introduction |

___The Department
of Foreign Languages was established in April
1955 as part of the Premedical Course, with
the purpose of promoting education and research
in foreign languages and cultures._The
Department offers the first and second-year
students courses in English, German and French._The
courses are designed to train the students'_foreign
language skills and deepen their understanding
of foreign cultures.
___Research at
this department has been based on individual
projects._The areas
have covered the fields of literature, comparative
culture, medical English and linguistics. |
