Proteins synthesized using wheat germ cell-free system

  • Over 16,000 human proteins on microarray
  • Rich in mutant proteins recognized in cancer.

Profiling of blood antibodies in persons recovering from COVID-19

This is a profiling of serum IgG, IgM, and IgA in persons recovering from COVID-19. The type of antibodies to the proteins of the novel coronavirus in each individual can be characterized.
Most persons recovering from COVID-19 have antibodies against spike protein (*1).
On the other hand, only a few have IgG antibodies against RBD (*2).
(*1)A surface glycoprotein involved in viral entry into host cells.
(*2)A domain on the spike protein that binds to the host receptor ACE2. The domain is the recognition site for antibodies that confer neutralizing activity.


N: nucleocapsid protein, S: spike protein, ECD: extracellular domain excluding transmembrane domain, RBD: receptor binding domain

Profiling of anti-influenza virus antibodies in blood and evaluation of commercial antibodies

The type of antibodies to the virus strain in the sera of healthy individuals was evaluated.
The binding of the commercial antibodies to the viral strains was confirmed.

※ The “Controls” sheet is a list of samples containing autoimmune disease-associated antigens in addition to false-positive causing antigens such as recombinant protein tags, various immunoglobulins, and nucleic acids.These samples are used to validate the experiment.
